Bill Gardner joined the Borough’s Parking Department on July 14th, 2015. Originally born in the New York City area, Bill has lived and moved around the northeast coast most of his life before finally moving to Gettysburg. Prior to employment with the Borough, he graduated from West Morris Central High School while still living in New Jersey in 2009. Bill went on to attend Lebanon Valley College where he obtained a B.A. in Sociology. Bill was also highly active while in school, being a member of both high school and college track and field team and his college Ultimate Frisbee team.
