AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF GETTYSBURG, ADAMS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE GETTYSBURG BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF GETTYSBURG, IN ORDER TO AUTHORIZE AND ESTABLISH A LIBRARY USE AS A USE PERMITTED BY RIGHT WITHIN THE INS-1 INSTITUTIONAL-1 DISTRICT OF THE BOROUGH OF GETTYSBURG.
