What will the Borough's trash hauler (WM) recycle?

The following will be accepted for recycling by the Borough’s contracted hauler: 

• Aluminum food and beverage containers with lids and food debris removed
• Glass food and beverage containers with lids and food debris removed: Clear, Brown and Green
• Natural and pigmented plastic narrow-necked containers with symbols 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 7 (milk jugs, water bottles, juice and beverage bottles, detergent bottles, shampoo bottles, bleach bottles, etc). No tubs such as for margarine. Must be clean and dry.
• Ferrous (iron, steel, tin) cans with food debris removed
• Newsprint, black and white or pigmented. Not bound or placed in bags
• Construction paper, Kraft paper, cereal boxes, shoe boxes or similar
• Printer, computer and copy paper
• Junk mail, magazines and catalogs 
• Corrugated cardboard that is small enough to fit in the recycling bin
• Phonebooks and paperbacks
