Notice of Special Meeting and Public Hearing

The Borough Council of the Borough of Gettysburg shall hold a special meeting and shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 11, 2017 commencing at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers at the Gettysburg Borough Building located at 59 East High Street, Gettysburg, PA 17325. The purpose of the public hearing to be held is for the Borough Council to receive comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the Borough of Gettysburg, as the receiving municipality, concerning the request of the Applicant, Linda Atiyeh, or her assigns, for the intermunicipal transfer of an Eating Place Liquor License (License No. E-3255), owned by The New A-Ville Inn, Inc. of the Borough of Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania, for use by the Applicant in the operation of a restaurant at premises located at either 19 York Street or 3 Chambersburg Street within the Borough of Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania. During the special meeting the Borough Council shall also render a decision to either approve or disapprove the request of the Applicant for the intermunicipal transfer of the liquor license from the Borough of Arendtsville to the Borough of Gettysburg.
