Tire Collection Event

Adams County is hosting a Tire Collection Event on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Details follow:

     -NO Commercial Businesses-

Cost?
     $1.00 per tire (non-refundable)

Registration Deadline
Monday, April 30^th

To register and pre-pay, come to the Adams County Office of Planning & Development, located at the Ag Center, 670 Old Harrisburg Road, Suite 100 (lower level, to the right), Gettysburg, between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. For more information, please call 337-9827. Participants are encouraged to complete registration as soon as possible, as there is a limit to the total amount of tires that can be accepted into the program.  NOTE: Extra tires brought in that are not registered, may not be accepted.

Participants in the program will be allowed to dispose of 20 car or standard size truck tires per household. Tires exceeding 48 inches in diameter or 14 inches in width will not be accepted into the program. All tires must be off the rims and be free of mud and debris, or they will be rejected and your prepaid fee will not be refunded.
