Present: Dave Sanders, Mike Kessler

Absent: Andy Keyser

Others in attendance: None

QUORUM PRESENT: Yes

PROCEEDINGS: Meeting called to order at 4:02 PM by chair, David Sanders.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Approved minutes from our March meeting.

Dave Sanders reported that we received nine applications for the Patrol Officer position. Seven of the nine were qualified and the other two were asked to give additional information. It was not clear if they were Act 120 certified.

Letters were sent to notify the qualified applicants to report for the written test. The tests will be ordered in the next few days, and will be administered on Friday, April 18, 2008.

Mr. Sanders informed us that The Oral Review Board is also in place for the May 3, 2008 test. All the applicants who pass the written portion of the test, will be notified by letter, to report for the oral portion of the test at staggered times.

There was no new business to discuss.
