PROCEEDINGS: Meeting called to order at 4:00 PM by chair, David Sanders.
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Approved 02/04/2008 Minutes
The Commission received word that the proposed changes to our Rules and Regulations had been approved at Borough Councils last meeting.
The Commission also received the go ahead to submit a new list of eligible candidates for the position of Entry Level Patrol Officer.
The following schedule was proposed and adopted:
- Advertise the opening - March 14-28, 2008
- Deadline for applications will be April 4, 2008
- Written Exam will take place on April 18, 2008
- Oral Exam will take place on May 3, 2008
Dave Sanders and John Lawver have already gotten the advertising ready and will be placing it in the papers and on several internet sites within the next few days.
Our next meeting will be held in early April to discuss the applications and to finalize the remainder of the schedule.
